Yahoo! gives a lot of weight to where information is located in the code for your page, instead of where on the page it may appear to the human user. Since properly structured code will not stop you from getting a high ranking with Google and other engines, and will help prevent viewing errors, there's no reason not to improve your code.
Ask.com is a much smaller than Google, Yahoo!, or Bing, holding only about 4% of the market share. However, 4% of hundreds of millions of users is still a large number, and you should still make sure your site ranks highly there. The primary feature of Ask.com is their successful implementation of universal search, where videos, images, text content, and more are all displayed in the same results listing. This means that you need to pay more attention to image and video tagging to rank highly on Ask.com, since your images might show up separately from the rest of your site in the results page for a given search. You should also make sure to submit your business's website to the Ask.com directory manually; don't wait for this engine to find you.
